The corner storefront located at 8037 SE Stark Street is now available for lease. Formerly occupied by Wix Insurance Agency, it was made vacant when they moved into their own building at 7300 NE Glisan Street.

Two spaces are vacant in the building. In addition to the Wix space, 8029 SE Stark Street is also available. It had been the home to the renowned Tanuki that closed in late 2018.
